Our architecture firm partnered with MACK Constructors to design a series of single-family spec homes on Moody Avenue, located in a rapidly growing residential neighborhood. This development reflects a strategic approach to residential design for speculative housing, combining market appeal with thoughtful architectural detail.

The project consists of three new construction homes, with the first completed and the remaining two scheduled for completion later this year. Each home was designed to offer a blend of modern comfort, efficiency, and timeless aesthetic—tailored to meet the expectations of today’s homebuyers while maintaining a practical, cost-conscious build strategy for the developer.
The initial home sets the tone for the series, featuring clean lines, a well-proportioned façade, and a warm material palette that enhances curb appeal. The interior layout promotes open-concept living while maximizing natural light and functional flow between public and private spaces. While the homes are designed as part of a cohesive group, each is carefully adapted to its individual lot and orientation to ensure visual variety and contextual harmony.

Our team worked closely with MACK Constructors throughout the design and pre-construction phases to address zoning and setback requirements, material selections, and overall construction efficiency. This collaboration allowed us to maintain a balance between design integrity and budget goals—ensuring a product that is both beautiful and buildable within the competitive spec home market.
Moody Avenue demonstrates our firm’s experience in urban infill housing, developer-focused residential architecture, and single-family home design. These homes not only respond to local housing demand but also contribute to the architectural character of the neighborhood. With two more homes nearing completion, this development continues to showcase the value of strong design in even the most fast-paced and budget-sensitive residential projects.
